- We make every effort to dispatch goods in a timely manner using the most appropriate postal service for the item purchased. Customs charges may apply for non EEC Members. This should be inquired about with your countries border control.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you would like to return a product purchased from our store please get in touch with us within 28 days. If a package is damaged on receipt please inform the delivery company and make sure to sign as such. If any item is ordered incorrectly from our site there will be a 15% restocking fee and no postage will be refunded. Items should only be fitted by a professional mechanic, if items are damaged whilst fitting, we take no responsibility in replacing it.
Please note, parts should be fitted by a competant person, or trained mechanic. Problems arising from incorrectly fitted items are not covered for returns. - Ordering
- Orders can be taken on our website by credit/debit card or Paypal, or you can call our sales line to pay by card. All card details taken by phone are destroyed as soon as possible and we will never keep record of full card details. Security of our online gateway is taken care of by www.cardsave.com (please note, this will mean that you will be redirected to their site for payment to be taken). Parts are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all parts are available at all times.

- Currency Converions are given as a guide price only. Final currency conversions will depend on your credit card company’s exchange rate. Prices are subject to change at any time. All charges on this site will be made in GBP Sterling.
