FAQ’s
Our Service
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have daily collections for international orders and a large percentage of our customers are from overseas.
How much is shipping?
We offer a range of domestic and international shipping options. If you add the parts you need to your basket, then select your location, our website will give a total with shipping options.
Which couriers do you use?
The website will inform you of the courier options when you enter your location. We try to use the most reliable and best value couriers for your area. Generally Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
How long until I receive my order?
We generally ship orders within 24 working hours. Time with the courier will depend on your postage method.
Most UK packages arrive within 2 working days if ordered before 12.
International orders usually arrive with 3-10 working days for courier orders. Royal Mail International can be up to 28 working days.
Do you charge tax on orders to the EU?
Since the UK left the EU, we do not charge VAT on any exports to the EU. This will be handled at the border by your country’s customs agency. All paperwork is given and this is generally a smooth process. For details of how much you will be charged, please contact your local customs office.
Why are you charging Australian GST on my order?
As per guidelines by the Australian Tax Office (ATO), we are registered for GST in Australia due to the amount we export. We charge 10% GST on all Australian exports and file a quarterly return to send it to the ATO.
See more information here: https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/International-tax-for-business/Non-resident-businesses-and-GST/
How much tax and duty will I pay on my order?
UK orders will be charge at 20% VAT.
All export orders a tax exempt at point of sale, with the exception of Australia at 10% GST.
For taxes and duties, we have no control of this and you would need to contact your local customs office for more information.
There may also be a clearance fee charged by the courier/clearing agency. This is your responsibility to pay.

Our Parts
I cannot find the parts I need, can you still help?
Probably, we stock over 32,000 products, and only actually list around 10% of that on our website. So if you can’t find something you are looking for, please contact us, using OEM part numbers where possible.
Is this part in stock?
If our website shows an item in stock, then it is in stock and available. Our inventory updates in real time as soon as orders are placed. If you see an item with “only 1 left” or similar, then we would advise pushing the button before it is sold out!
What are Genuine NOS parts?
Genuine NOS (new old stock) is a term used for a part that is genuine, ie made by the original bike manufacturer, and new old stock, ie an old part that has never been sold or used before. Often referred to as the holy grail of classic motorcycle parts.Â
How can I find the part I need?
We recommend that you use a factory parts illustration book to find what you should have on the bike, and then use the oem part number to search or when calling us to place an order.
You can also use the make, model, year search on our website. This allows you filter the parts for your bike. But this should only be used as a guide as there are often submodels and other variations.
What year is my bike?
You can date your bike using your engine or frame number. Please see our classic motorcycle dating guide for more information.
Are all of your parts UK Made?
Where possible we source our reproduction parts from UK manufacturers. However, this is not always possible due to lack of availablilty, or the price is not viable for our market.Â
We aim to strike a balance between cost and quality with all of our parts and never knowingly sell parts that are not fit for purpose.
Do you price match?
If you find that we are selling a part that is more expensive than you can find elsewhere online, please contact us with a link to the cheaper part and we will investigate this for you.
Do you stock parts for Japanese bikes?
We stock small range of custom motorcycle parts and some other universal aftermarket parts. But we don’t really carry any specific parts for Japanese makes.
