The clutch kit fitted perfectly first time. My bike, having a sidecar, makes heavy demands on a clutch and this one performs perfectly. Even after 30 minutes in a traffic jam on a steaming hot June day, it stayed in adjustment. I could always find neutral and first gear could be re-engaged without crunching. The big thrust bearing ensures square lift-off. The clutch never slips and it never drags. With a proper bearing, the chain stays in line, too. There is no shock-absorber in the clutch centre, but I can’t tell the difference.
It is more expensive than the standard clutch (although less than Japanese equivalents), but it is worth every penny! I wish I had bought it sooner.
