   I received my fender with great expectations of British quality, made in the U.K. and not from India. I was disappointed to find that the new fender and the original were not the same! The plating was perfect but the radius of the new fender was greater in result the fastener holes did not align, the only way the fender could be attached was by putting a clamp from the seat grab rail and the bottom of the fender and under pressure force the fender into alignment. Even with this process the middle fastener by the battery box would not line up. Also this new fender had to be machined to allow for chain clearance. The cut out for the drive chain had to be increased by 25.4 mm, it was way to big. All in all it now works but I as a customer shouldn’t have been required to re fit a product that was supposed to arrive exact and perfect. I appreciate quality and quality control and I don’t mind paying for the same, this fender should have fit like a glove and I should be a very satisfied customer.

   hi
   i have purchased 2 rear guards.one i have fitted to a 1970 roadster,and the other i will be fitting to a full resto 1969 "S"i have had to do some redrilling up front but all's good,excellent guards.
