Will also fit from 1962 if it has been converted to a 3 spring clutch

All other parts can be used from your existing clutch without modification.

Can Run Dry for racing use, but are not affected by the weather.

These belts are lighter, more efficient and better wearing than steel chains.

Standard Warranty 12 Months. Note, this does not cover racing use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING BELT DRIVE CONVERSION KIT TO BSA A65

The alloy clutch drum replaces the original clutch chain wheel.

No other clutch components are changed from the original.

(The kit is designed to use the later 3 spring clutch internals)

Refer to workshop manual for assembly of clutch.

The front pulley replaces the engine sprocket (extractor threads are 5/16 UNF)

Again no other components are changed.

The pulley is symmetrical and fits either way round.

Remove any shims that may have been used to obtain chain alignment.

The chain tensioner slipper is not required and should be removed.

The belt should have 10 to 14mm total up and down free play with a cold engine.

Take care not to snag the belt on any sharp corners during assembly.
