Terms and Conditions of
Trading
Minimum Order Value
As we have such a vast range of spares and accessories all varying in
size, we have had to place a minimum order value of £10.00 to cover our costs.
Orders for less than £10.00 will carry a surcharge of £5.00
Prices and VAT (Value Added
Tax)
All prices are are shown in £Sterling
and are subject to change without prior notice. You may click on the price to
convert to another currency.
All prices shown on our website
exclude British VAT which will be added at 17.5% to all orders placed within
the European community. If you are a European Community
trade customer who can supply us with an international VAT number, please
contact us directly to place your order. In
this instance VAT will not be charged by us but is payable in the country of
destination. Overseas customers outside the European Community will not be
charged VAT
Delivery Schedule
We will make every effort to get our products to you as quickly as possible. You will be notified within 5 working days if there is to be a delay and will be given the option to cancel your order.
Delivery Charges
All items will be sent by UK Royal Mail letter or parcel carrier.
Carriage will be charged at 12.5% of the gross order value.
Advice Given By Our
Representatives
Please note that we DO NOT offer technical
advice on the maintenance of motorcycles or which is necessarily the best
part for your specific circumstances (we can't really, we would need a
separate site for this alone) but we will endeavour to lead you to the
correct part based on the information you have given us.
Returns or cancellations
You must notify us of damaged goods, defects or errors within 24 hours of
receipt.
Goods found to be faulty or sent incorrectly may be returned for
replacement or a full refund including postal costs. Goods ordered in error
may be returned at the customers expense, within 14 days of receipt for
credit less post and packing charges against replacement items or for a
refund of the cost of the goods, less 15% handling charge providing the goods
are returned are in their original packaging, have not been used and are in a
re-saleable condition .
If goods are returned damaged or used we reserve the right to refuse
replacement or credit.
Payment methods
We accept payment through PayPal. The transaction currency and all
terms of payment are in accordance with the terms and conditions of PayPal.
If you wish to issue payment by other methods then please send an e-mail will the relevant details and we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements.
Warranty
Product pictures and descriptions are designed to give an accurate view of the style of products.
Complaints
If you have any complaints please e-mail us or contact us using the details listed on the contact page of this website. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. We will contact you by e-mail or in writing if you prefer. When acknowledging complaints we will also advise you what steps we are taking to resolve it and the time-scale involved. We will do everything in our power to resolve your complaint immediately and will always keep you advised on the current position.
Privacy Policy
All information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence. Your details will not be passed onto any other third party except from the courier used to deliver your goods.
